UK Shipping Information
All UK mainland orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. We dispatch items Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Same Day Dispatch:
Orders placed before 12:00PM (midday) will usually be dispatched the same day. However, some products have longer processing times and may be dispatched within 1–2 working days. -
Weekend Orders:
Orders placed after midday on Friday may receive a dispatch notification over the weekend, but will typically be shipped on Monday. -
Estimated Delivery Times:
Items dispatched on a Friday are usually delivered by Tuesday or Wednesday. Please note, all delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. -
Remote UK Locations:
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and other remote UK areas may take an additional 1–2 working days.
⚡ Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery refers to the delivery timeframe after dispatch, not the time of order.

This service applies only to in-stock items or items that can be produced and packed the same day.

Orders must be placed before 12:00PM (midday) for same-day dispatch under this option.

Not all products qualify for same-day dispatch. If unsure, please contact us before placing your order.

Items will be shipped using Royal Mail's Next Working Day service once production is complete.
🔐 Delivery Terms & Tracking

Tracked & Signed Services:
If your order is sent using a tracked or signed service, you will receive an email with a tracking number once the item is dispatched. You can track your parcel at www.royalmail.com. -
Signature Requirement:
Some deliveries may require a signature. If no one is available to sign, you must contact Royal Mail to rearrange delivery. If the item is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, re-shipping charges will apply.
🌍 International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Signed For service.

Estimated Delivery Time:
International parcels generally arrive within 7–10 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance. -
Customs Duties & Import Taxes:
The buyer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes applied by the destination country. We are not liable for these charges.
If the item is returned to us due to unpaid import fees, the buyer must cover the cost of reshipping. We will not resend items free of charge and will NOT refund any part of the original shipping fee in these cases -
Tracking:
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your item has been dispatched.
Please note that international delivery timeframes are not guaranteed and may vary by country and customs regulations.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect item ordered, or incorrect colour selected.

Made to Order:
All items are produced individually from raw materials once your order is placed. We do not hold stock, and therefore all sales are final. -
Customer Responsibility:
Please ensure all product and colour selections are accurate before checkout. -
If We Make a Mistake:
If you receive an item that has been made incorrectly due to our error, we will remake the item at no extra cost.-
To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order at printcutuk@gmail.com.
