Shipping Information
UK
All items within UK mainland are delivered via Royal Mail. We dispatch items daily Monday to Friday. Your order should reach us before 12:00PM for same day dispatch, some items have a longer processing time so will be shipped a day or 2 later.
If your item is sent on a Friday it will be expected to arrive the following Tuesday/Wednesday. We generally do not send items on Saturdays or Sundays although you may receive an order dispatched email over the weekend, this just means that we have prepared and packed your item ready to post on Monday.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland and remote UK areas such as the Scottish Highlands might experience extra 1-2 days.

A signature may be required upon delivery. If a delivery requires a signature and no one is in to sign the customer is required to make contact with the Royal Mail to arrange re-delivery of the parcel. Please ensure someone is in to accept your order. We reserve the right to re-charge for postage if your item returns to us undelivered.
When your order has been dispatched we will email you a tracking number if the item has been sent via a tracked or signed service. To check the status of your parcel, please go to www.royalmail.com and select their tracking option.
REST of the World
International orders are sent via Royal Mail International signed for service. Generally, your item should arrive within 7-10 working day although this cannot be guaranteed and it depends on customs clearance. We will email you a tracking number.
CUSTOMS INFORMATION - The buyer is responsible for all import duties and taxes which are liable once your package reaches the country of destination. Please contact your local customs office for further information and more details.

Return policy
There are no returns or exchanges on any of our items. This includes products that are not customised. We do not hold any items in stock, instead once you order we produce your item from raw materials and as such every order is custom made for you and exempt from any change of mind returns policy.
We cannot accept an exchange and/or return if you ordered the wrong item or colour so please ensure you select the correct item & colour options when ordering.
If there is a mistake on our end, we will be happy to fix it. If we have made a mistake, please contact us ASAP. Your item will only be remade if you have emailed us within 5 working days of receiving your item.
